What good HORSE games are there for PC and Xbox 360?

I love horse games and would like to know which ones are there|||uh... lol all that comes to mind are those barbie games... but in Assassin's Creed you do get to ride a horse. But i don't recommend it, gets boring after 10 minutes into the game. |||My Horse and Me is very good game!
